Really, Orhiọmwon LG has native Igbo speakers. I think parts border Delta but didn't think it was the igbo speaking part of delta.

Constitution of Nigeria did not say Anioma people are not Igbos. Your ridiculous "No Biafla, no peace" initiative makes you believe that if Anioma is created a state and joined to the same group of five southeast states, you have increased your Biafra war chest. FYI, Nd'Igbo are not going to fight another war to restore Biafra. Peacefully this time. Mountain or River does not separate people of same tribe. Anioma state in the Southsouth will not make Anioma people to stop being Igbos.
