The North Korean troops where just the usually lame stream media. If there were North Korean troops there, you'd have seen them.

Besides these are illegal immigrants and they are given two options, go back home or join the military. They have a choice, they are not being forced like in Ukraine where men are being kidnapped and dragged to the war front.
