Airmark made so many rookie mistakes in this debate.
1. Why allow the debate to be boxed into a striker vs defenders something when it was always a attack vs defense issues. The genesis of the attack vs defense issues was how useless we were without cold boy on the pitch last season. How this degenerated to a defense vs Jackson debate is amusing

Maybe you missed some of my replies when Nateevs and Lordfalcao wanted to make it a striker vs defence issue, but in their pursuit of a non-existing win, they kept on hammering on the lie.

I replied Lordfalcao again today with this below but trust me, the goat will still come back tomorrow and ask the same foolish question and post the same thing.

I posted the post below after the window closed and as replies to Nateevs in the past. But he kept on coming with support cast nonsense. That's why i asked him if a LWF is not part of support casts since i asked for one. I made it clear that i want us to challenge for the league that's why i also wanted us to upgrade from Jackson as it would be a miracle winning the league, with a wasteful striker. But you know he is hustling for an 'i told you' medal.

We had same number of big chances as Arsenal and they coverted 15 more than us last season.

There's a reason we have spent over 150m on our attack and we didn't spend more than 40m on defence. We conceded less against City at home this season as against 4 last season, and we scored 6 against Wolves as against 1 we scored last season at molineaux.

The only painful thing is that we didn't upgrade from that wasteful Jackson. Every other thing I asked for in the attack was done.
