Likewise the people of Niger share borders with Nigeria and there are tribes and peoples interlinked where is there practically no border line and free movement between the two countries.

Libya by far is not a country at this point in time so this does not count.

The rest of North Africa include Morroco, Tunisia and Libya who generally have a multitude of West African peoples living peacefully among them.

No country really loves SA in Africa because they've made African countries as a whole to dislike them. They have xenophobic issues.

I must admit, I'm not fond of Nigeria, but I find it shocking that South Africa seems to harbor intense hates towards Nigeria. Their hates appears to stem from a deep seated insecurity, particularly when Nigerians thrive in their gay country.
