I challenge anybody to show us what Tinubu has achieved in office till date.

It is this same impatience and lack of planning that makes Bitter Obi to still be importing finished goods to sell in Nigeria when his mates have established manufacturing companies. But because it takes few years to build and run a manufacturing company, you street traders cannot do that.

Abeg do December giveaway for us with the $1000, cos I doubt if any go really win that money. Policies wey don make many or some of us broke and change to philosophers..

My personal experience: The platform I have been using to make small Naira changed their policy, now I find it difficult to make the small cos I have to work harder to meet their minimum withdrawal, which is times two now. I started having monetary issues with my female. Due to inflation, our organization dropped couple of us. I am currently unemployed.

So, how would corruption be tackled to give the supposed polices the chance to change the economy for good?

Firstly,I have to say that I am not in any way a supporter of Tinubu
I actually never wanted him as president.It sounded evil.
Then he forced his way in.Glaringly enough.

But,I started seeing something he is doing that only him can do.
Just that he chose the slow and steady path.
.I won't go into intricate details to avoid a lengthy write up.This is it

From the Time of Yaradua,the North has been forcing themselves into the two main structures that control the country's economy.
The NNPC and the CBN.
Yaradua made many Northerners have top positions in the NNPC and the CBN.Check online for facts.
The Economy was good since the North was in Charge and they would want a government by the North to seem like the best.
The North started controlling the economy.
This control however was threatened when Jonathan became President after Yaradua's death.if you need facts, you can check the change in NNPC bosses and other top positions between those times of change in power and how it gradually started affecting security(giving birth to Boko Haram) and the economy gradually. If you check carefully, you would see how the frustration of Nigeria is propagated by these Northeners in control to frustrate people if the government is not in their favor. They can influence the price of fuel which controls the economy majorly.If I go into details and cite examples, this would be too lengthy.
Part of the Reasons Jonathan could'nt face the issue of terrorism that started in his time was because he wanted to be seen in good light by the North so that he could secure the Presidential seat during election since the North seemed to have great influence so he didn't act the way Someone like Obasanjo would have acted against Terrorism then.
But, Jonathan's plan failed. The North wanted someone like them, so Buhari got there.
Terrorism and Banditry took a full stance. The North was in charge again.
Every sector including the NNPC was dominated with Emefiele playing to their will else he would be removed.When it was alleged that Emefiele sponsored Terrorism, you should know that he had to play to the will of the Northerners in charge because he wanted to hold on to the CBN governorship seat at all cost. So he was able to be the longest serving CBN governor even as the economy got worse due to his policies which were enforced to favour these people in charge.There were occurrences that prove all of these.
With the North being in total control of the economy, the Military and the Presidency, they had all the power they wanted until Buhari's painful tenure ended. Then Tinubu announced interest in the Presidential seat. If a Northerner was going to come from the APC to rule again, it wasn't going to be possible as Tinubu had all the influence for the primaries.
The General election came up and Tinubu won(okay we know how he won. It was annoying)

Of course from the very first day of office the economy went on a steady down-the-hill direction and this is because Some people had control.
If President Tinubu was like others who would totally need the influence of the North to get into power,he would have ignored the control they had on the economy.But he(Tinubu) seems like a man who won't bow to their pressure.
Now, this President Probably got to understand the powers in play and how much he had to weaken the control of the North(which has been actively going against most of his policies including the current Tax reform which is surely going to directly or indirectly affect the North in a negative way and they know it) for him to revive the economy. But , Tinubu is doing this slowly.I don't know if it's Wisdom or Fear of being assasinated that is the reason.But after seeing his actions and appointments,I discovered that he is slowly removing power from specific individuals that controlled Nigeria indirectly.


Yeah, Peter Obi probably could have been more drastic and swift in implementing policies that would weaken this indirect North control and revive the economy but , things could have gotten worse also just like the Worse that Nigeria is experiencing under Tinubu now.
Under Peter Obi, the North may have taken drastic steps also that can be bad for Nigeria. They have seemingly had a kind of hatred for the Igbos since the Civil war. And the Chances of Peter Obi getting there without the full support of the North are low.

There are other forces in play tho.But the biggest ones are the ones controlling the economy directly and indirectly. Through the

CBN and the oil NNPC
Yeah,You asked about whatever achievement Tinubu has had in two years and that is one I think can be called an achievement even if it's not glaring.A slow and unnoticeable recovery of power from the North for a better economy. Just slow but steady.
