He will provide them as the trial starts... Dele will win at the appeal court for sure, and the book will keep selling... As at today the book has sold over 85k .... Just lmagine...

Under the law, the offence was deemed committed in any part of Nigeria where the book was available and read.

So, if Mr Babalola read the alleged offending claims in Ekiti state, he is permitted by law to lodge his petition against the offender in that State.

And the Police in Ekiti are entitled under the law to prosecute the matter before a court in Ekiti State.

Also the fact than an offence is bailable simple means the court MAY grant the offender bail. It is not guaranteed. You can't dictate to the magistrate from social media.

Who else can be more brainless and shameful than you that is restless over a matter Dele said he has evidences to tender? Why waiting for two weeks or Tuesday before you can get a bailable offences? Is it not a lawyer? Bail is free, he should get it in single day. You can't sleep in a day at police detention and remain the same person talkless of weeks. You better go and use proceeds of his book to buy him bread at detention so he can at least maintain some weight to get strength till his bail is perfected because I know you that is lamenting for him can't even get transport to see him talkless of buying bread for him from your pocket.

If Afe Babalola does not build university that your poor family members can go according to one of your post, I don't know why you yourself can't build university for the poors in your village. Why pointing at someone, when you can get the work done or is it Safe Babalola University that is your headache?
