If u have the approved IELTS for the type of work visa u are applying for...you don't need ECCTIS report

yes, after IELTS and CBT, you book osce and go with visiting visa to do your OSCE after which you can return and use your pin to apply for jobs in UK.

I need clarification on a friend situation in UK. The primary applicant sponsorship was cancelled and both dependant and primary applicant were asked to leave.
The dependant got a COS with 11.90 per hour and will like to apply for visa as the primary applicant now. I need the following clarifications:

1. Can the dependent ( now the primary applicant) put the previous primary applicant as his dependant now?

2. Does he need to write English Language test ?

I want to believe that there is UK policy that states if your your employer is ready to pay above a certain threshold (32k and above), you can come along with dependants

Is that still in vogue?

As long as it's not a care visa (Exception to if you got your visa before March 11 2024) or Student Visa (Exception to those coming in on Masters by Research or PHD) then yes, you are allowed dependants. I think the threshold is 38,700, I might be wrong about the threshold figure.

Yes ..u can also individual bank statement showing same address.....rent receipt or rent agreement showing both ur names

Lol.....i hate Administrative review ...its like the process is deliberately designed to frustrate applicants ..I only suggest it if ban followed the refusal and one has a good chance of overturning the ban

Lol Baba the way you dey always emphasize on this administrative review thing eh but na true sha because administrative review will teach you patience like tomorrow no dey, nawa days na 12 months because they will send you reminders on the sixth month ...
God will help his people....

It takes twelve months now , they will send you reminder on the sixth month so prepare yourself for the journey ahead of you....

This 12 months is due to high volume of applications they are reviewing.

So have you applied for the administrative review to counter the refusal??

If it's normal refusal I will advise him to forget about the administrative review and move on with fresh applications except if ban follow the refusal as you once stated.
