You are confused. What the Christian faith has against what you call "unnatural contraception" is equally what the Christian faith has against withdrawal method. As a matter of fact, a man was punished in the Bible for using withdrawal method.

Concerning your main question, nothing justifies abortion. The only time that Christians are permitted to resort to abortion is when the pregnant woman is seriously ill and abortion is the last option in an attempt to save the woman's life.
