Did the nwc sit to nullify the suspension? because I know by precedence and law,if a party member is suspended from ward to state level,the nwc sits and do a vote on the fate of the party member.

The crisis rocking PDP is going to be near impossible to resolve before 2027.There is unnecessary egos and personal interests involved in this crisis.There is also a legal aspect to this crisis.

The Local Government Exco do not have the power to suspend a National Assembly member. Neither do they have powers to suspend a National officer as in the case of Secondus and Ayu.

The PDP constitution is very clear on this. The NWC do not need to hold a session to nullify the action of the Local Government Exco that purportedly sacked Ugochinyere. Their action is null and void ab initio.

If he cross carpet to another party, the PDP can Institute an action in court to render the seat of the said law maker vacant. That is what the law says.
