Nigerians don't have this united revolution mentality, they are divided along ethnic and religious lines.
The Nigerian people themselves do hate one another, once a set of tribe and zone have their people in power u see them look the other way, they don't have that collective unity to thing and reason and take Nigeria first, they are more loyal to their tribal, ethnic and then religious lines.
In addition it's only the national cake that those in power benefits from that make them speak with one voice as if they have the national interest of the country at heart, once it doesn't favor them u then see them singing the tribal song

Syrian armed forces were not on the side of the president. Hence Russia and Iran left Assad with his people.

Shame on Russia
What do what them to do ?

Russia can't fight on two front. They are already fighting in Ukraine.

If not for Ukraine war, Russia would have push and destroy the rebels like they did in 2017.

Ukraine war has already tied them down.

Brother, I understand your point and agree with you about the detrimental impact of bigotry on nation-building. However, for the sake of accuracy, it’s important to clarify that the conflict in Syria involves multiple factions, each with distinct ideological foundations and, in some cases, ethnic divides. For instance, the Kurdish-led Syrian Democratic Forces (SDF), which some view as more of a terrorist and a secessionist group than a true democratic movement, is one such faction. In total, there are at least four major groups involved in the conflict, each backed by different foreign powers with different interests, further complicating any notion of a united resistance.

Assad has lost the support of Syrian armed forces.

No soldier ready to die for him, Russia and Iran have seen the picture because without Syrian armed forces support, Russia and Iran can't help him.

His state add no value to her allies, hence they left Assad with his people.

Another big lost to Iran, it's proxies Hamas and Hezbollah struggling for their survival, Hezbollah that's been seriously used in helping Asad to remain in power are weakened by Israel this is part of the effect of the chain reaction set off by Hamas attack on October 7. Russia also battling with Ukraine don't have the luxury of sending it army to fight in Syria

They should have eliminated Assad and his lineage. No they let him leave. I see more wars coming. Just like we have it in Libya, same will be for Syria

I hope this will not lead to another round of civil war amongst themselves? I also hope they won't impose the type of Islamic rule seen in Afghanistan? I hope it won't be like the Egypt type of revolution that brought in the brotherhood??

I hope the country rises from the ashes of this war. The faces of these rebel leaders look more like terrorists than freedom fighters. I hope they will all come together, under a common leadership and united armed forces, to rebuild Syria. The next few days and months would be interesting to watch. No be Arabs again. undecided
You just read my mind. The rebels will start fighting each other for control and dominance. 😀 Na normal muslim problem na
