I actually do like Jackson. Yes he misses more than he scores but I think you need such strikers who also allow other attackers to shine. Willing runners. Acceptable link up play.

Jackson's still young at just 23 with a lot of room for improvements. He also doesn't have lots of personality so he's good for the balance of the squad.

I think Pep overplayed his hand. Football has changed a lot; you need to be active in the market constantly if you want to compete. It’s no surprise that Man City are struggling in the same season they didn’t buy any players. They made about $150 million in sales and bought no one (Savinho has been their player since last season). A good coach is only as good as the players in his hands, they should go to the market in January

I have been asking for a new LWF that can dribble in tight space since God knows when. Sterling should have been sent away even before Preseason but like some here, Chelsea are still looking for water from his stone.

Maresca, thank you for getting this LWF with the profile, not getting Jackson's upgrade was the only letdown though. We would have been struggling with Sterling and his Ikebe as usual.

Next summer we get a refined striker and other additions and win the league.
