Help,my toyota camry 2002 model died few days ago when I got home by 9pm.i had yellow fuel low indicator on but as soon as I climbed the hill to my house,it stalled at home.i decided to buy 1 gallon of fuel the following day. It did hard starting. My mechanic then came the following day,and checked the spark plugs,3 out of the 6 died,so we changed them,suddenly the car starts but once I remove my leg from the accelerator,it died. He now said,it's rewires work.a rewire came and checked and travel to fuel pump,a new Toyota fuel pump worth 7k was purchased,but still the car is doing hard starting.He now says its the brainbox . I am just confused.

Problem solved. Sensor going into the alternator,the pins got damaged and was not shocking,according to the rewire..a madeshift replacement was replaced and csr started immediately.rewire took my hard earned 5k as workmanship.i knew the problem would be starring at me in the face...

Shaa dey keep your replaced parts(which were never the fault), e get why

Hello guys,please I need your help,my toyota camry v6 suddenly stopped on the road 2days ago,far from my house,around 8pm. I was a bit low on fuel,I tried to start it ,it would be doing hard start,starts,immediately j change the gear and press pedal,it will do hiccup and the car engine will off. So the following day,I brought a rewire and he said its fuel pump,so I told him to get another new one .he then got a new China pump of 7000. The car started and I was able to drive out .however the following morning,the car refused to start again. Wh3n I checked the fuel pump hose,it was all dry and there was no sign of the fuel returning ,but when I roll the engine the fuel will come out,but not splashing,immediately I want to start,the fuel won't come out. Pls could it be that the fuel pump is fake china,when I inspect it it looks like a fuel pump for 4plugs. The fuel pump installed looks exactly like the picture below.
