If the son is biologically his, regardless of whether he cohabitated or not, he can still get the court to recognize this fact. Bribing a judge cannot change the boy's DNA.

At Ministry of Women's Affairs Alausa, an officer there narrated a similar story:

Nigeria can be very lawless and it's a shame. Children should NEVER be used as pawns to hurt your spouse.

Don't threaten to withhold them from their Father, don't threaten to take them away from their Mother, pay their school fees.
