See how Nigeria happened to this man. All your wives need to do is bribe a judge and she's gone https://x.com/JohnsonOkereke/status/1865747129475465492?t=n7PYq0kdTStEsFzOEyw2zQ&s=19

Johnson Okereke sounds like a FOOL! If a Governor is happy to raise a BASTARD, let him! Regardless of how wealthy you are, a Governor will provide a better life for your offspring. He'd get access to better education and connections that'd set him up for life! And when all is said and done and the Governor has been milked for the last dreg of benefits he can provide, your child will SEEK you out. This is the WAY. |

Zonefree:Yes, Justice is possible even in Nigeria. The more you allow people get away with impunity, they will never stop. |

Zonefree:Maybe you are one those who have accepted your chains and normalized impunity but that can never be me. If I don't get justice in the courts, I'll get it in the streets. Whichever way, I must get my justice. |

Goodnewsforlife:Shebi them get domestic staff, PAs, relatives and security personnels who are ordinary people. Nobody is untouchable when a man wants to repay an injury. Tacitus said gratitude is a burden but revenge is a pleasure. |

shortgun:If the son is biologically his, regardless of whether he cohabitated or not, he can still get the court to recognize this fact. Bribing a judge cannot change the boy's DNA. ![]() As for the reason his marriage was not recognized, it may have to do with the evidence not being of substance. ![]() |

At Ministry of Women's Affairs Alausa, an officer there narrated a similar story: They did the Child Welfare checks and ascertained all was okay. The ex-wife decided to start dating a Governor's son and that was it: custody was given to her. Her husband was upset but apparently before that had been threatening all sorts concerning the kids (you know when divorce starts, the devil gives everyone the same script to act from). I'm sure the court looked at other variables but an influential relationship with a Politician would have helped sway things in one direction. There's even hushed talk amongst the Cool Kids of X (TwitterNg) about one of their members who had a baby out of wedlock for a scion of a wealthy Northern family. She's apparently unable to visit Nigeria with her child because one she steps foot here, that child collected from her (and legally, she's entitled to full custody). And there was what Pastor Ighodalo's late wife did to her brother's ex-wife. Even with court judgement to the ex-wife, the Ighodalos filed an injunction against it. Nigeria can be very lawless and it's a shame. Children should NEVER be used as pawns to hurt your spouse. Don't threaten to withhold them from their Father, don't threaten to take them away from their Mother, pay their school fees. |
