Monaco, Macau and Las Vegas are known for hospitality and enjoyment services. The issue with Imo is poor governance and terrible insecurity.

Yet when I asked why should a one-bedroom apartment in Owerri cost a million plus as rent, I was insulted. The only good thing in Imo are the damsels. Remove them and the state is the Kogi of the south east.
