I agree with him regarding the north pulling down the middle belt, i don't know much about the historical relationship between the south eastern region/Biafra and Rivers so won't comment on what i don't know much about.

The IQ of the Ijaw human being is dragging down the collective measured IQ of black people. When they separate Ijaw from the black race you will see we're actually very brilliant people.
