It has been operational since last year. Implementation of the levy on fintech platforms started this month.

Very soon most Nigerians will revert back to the old ways of keep money at home, under the mattress or buried at the backyard under the plantain or banana tree.

In the early 2000s the money in your account gets a very small percentage of increment at the end of every month but right now the banks keep dipping their fangs into your account every secs of the day for reduction without your consent and there's nothing anybody can do about it.
Just imagine using gtbank and every time you try using the USSD code they charge you almost #7. Successful or not your #7 will be quickly deducted.

They sometimes manipulate the "alert system" to go go silent. That way you won't get any alert for an extended period of time. Only God knows what those hoodlums do with our savings at those periods.

It is time to wrestle the soul of the Nigerian banking system from some occultism fellows , who have been using the banks for personal aggrandizement all these years. No economy developes with a corrupt banking system
