Foden wey dem award best player in EPL where him dey?
Ehen...those are the kinda discussions we should be having...

We can't be debating the exclusion of Samuel L Jackson, Leonardo de caprio etc from Academy awards nominations, then someone now tries to discredit the list because Osuofiason didn't make it!

You are mistaking my love for Chelsea for fighting with Jackson. I have held that strong belief since last season that with Sterling and Jackson replaced with better players we would be a league title contender.

It's even more painful as City are snoring this season. We missed this great chance.
My grouse is how nkunku a better finisher is on the bench instead of Jackson

While no final decision has been made, Chelsea have been told to expect between £50-60M from their participation in the 2025 Club World Cup.

Last season when we drew 2-2 to relegation bound teams like Sheffield united and Burnley,I specifically said conceding multiple of one goal shouldn't be a problem to a team of Chelsea standard against such teams because we are expected to score more than they can score us,which made me to bring in some examples of teams who have had to come back from two goals down to win on multiple occasions after conceding unexpectedly. Man city vs. Aston villa on the last day of 3 seasons ago should come in mind.

If they can score 2,you can score 3 or 4 and ask our managers to build on such mindset instead of hoping we adopt Mourinho's 2004 game approach in big 2024. I was ridiculed, insulted, and asked if the game was basketball?

Surprisingly, the team did what was expected for any team to do when in such situations. Accepting that you have conceded but you can also score more, and we did just that in the most beautiful fashion and i am yet to see Port-Harcourt second born timbros and his people to ask why we should conceded a goal to fucking Tottenham like they always ask last season, when they always expect us to just go into a match hoping not to concede and score one goal as if mistakes doesn't happen in football that can make you concede even without anybody's fault. I guess the L hits very hard this time .

Anyways,to cut this long story short,i will advise all those one who are quick to insult and denigrate other people's opinions here like @Leyqute to ask questions rather than trying to be mad like he was trying to do yesterday.
I don't know why you will connect my name to names that "insulted" you last season. Either you were not insulted or Timbros never insulted you. Try to correct that statement. Thank you.

In the Sheffield and Burnley matches you are refering to, can you please for a second focus on Chelsea's defence for a moment. I didn't say forget about the attack entirely. Just for a moment, forget the attack and focus on Chelsea's defence.... If you can do that, I'll be grateful...

Burnley has the worst attack in the division. They had a red card. Have you asked yourself how on earth Chelsea's defence concede 2 goals against such atrocious team? Not one fortunate goal o, but 2. Two! Infact once Chelsea score a goal, all the Burnley 10 men will CONFIDENTLY COME OUT and equalise. Not once, but twice!

And you want me to turn a blind eye on such defenders? No nah! Its very wrong. How can you allow the worst attack in the division down to ten men to attack you at will and score goals whenever they like?

Why must the defence swear that they will concede two or more goals per match no matter who the opponent was? Were you not here when they were on that run of surely surely conceding two goals or more per match?

Please show me a season Chelsea conceded 63 league goals after 38 matches. Sixty three! And you want me to be happy with such defence.

🗣️ Enzo Maresca: “I worked under Carlo when I was a player, so I know how good he is.

In the pre-season, he gave me a tactical advice. We were playing with a high line, and he said to me ‘if I could give you an advice, drop the line, because it is too high’.” @SkySportsPL

Who were our CBs in that match? Badiashile and Disasi.

Some of us told you that with our injured players back the defence would improve and we wouldn't have been poor like that at the back. This season in all the matches Fofana and Colwill paired in how many matches did we concede more than 1 goal?

Be that as it may, you didn't query why our attack couldn't score more than 2 goals against 10-man Burnley with Jackson, Mudryk and your useless Sterling? None of the trio scored a goal against a depleted team.

This season that we reinforced our attack against your wish, threw away your Sterling and replaced him with Sancho (the boy you were strongly against his signing), how many goals did 10-man Southampton collect without Jackson and Sterling playing? 5 goals with the players replacing them in their positions (Nkunku and Sancho) scoring.

This is one of the key areas that casuals like you, Lordfalcao, sportsweb are blind to.

Estêvão became the youngest player in history to win ESPN Bola de Prata Aposta Ganha Award, the only one to achieve the feat under 18 years of age. A record that stood for almost half a century.

🗣️ Estêvão: "I really like this celebration (by Cole Palmer). Ever since I signed with Chelsea I said I was going to do this celebration.

We exchanged ideas, I'm happy to have this contact with him."

There is (Reece) James who said that if I needed anything I should speak to him, Thiago Silva spoke to me in that last game. He said that the club is top and they are waiting for me with open arms."

He has a point tho...it's possible Neto battles Sancho for that LW spot, while Madueke and Estevao battle for the RW spot. Of all the wingers, Mudryk is the least assured rn. Things may well change before the end of the season.

Even Maresca asked him to be more brave but one Starchandbanga man said he was praising him.

Some get eyes they can't see and walking around with empty brain. A striker that Raumdeuter rejected for his team because of his low quality, is who we are rolling drums out for.

Shame.
We are getting a quality striker next season for sure. Gryokeres or Isak which do you prefer.
