The problem is not Lukaku but that there is no player to pair into strike partnership with Lukaku.Remember at Inter Milan Lukaku had Laurent who he partnered with effectively and they were a dynamic duo in whom other players of the team were in sync with.

Although this Napoli and not Inter Milan,Conte should restructure the striker role and unit/department of the team.He should request and scout for a player who can partner with Lukaku like it was at Inter Milan and not make Lukaku the sole point man.Some of those chances Lukaku is having a solo go at and fluffing would have been converted by support strike team mate
