6. The truth is that there are upgrade compared to NEPA. Her in world bank housing estate, we use to have light sometimes 7 to 8 days non stopping but sometimes they will still act small movie but believe me there is an upgrade compared to NEPA and this time transformer hardly get issues these days
What's the population of world bank compared to other areas in Aba. Fact is that majority are getting less supply.

Since the private sector took over this power thing all we have seen is increase in tariffs. No infrastructure, no improvement, grid dey collapse every market day. Greedy set of bastards. Anything dem put their hands must cost. They never think of developing the thing making dem money. Dem must run it down
