You clearly do not know what you are talking about, you better delete your previous post.

If an Executive Order from the President can bypass the Congress and US Constitution, why is Congress there to begin with and why do the US have a Constitution?

They would have just send all the Legislators home and abolish the Constitution and let the President rule by Executive Orders.

Executive Orders are inferior tools, given the the Executive to set policies in line with Congressional laws and the Constitution...E.g. the law states if you drive 10 miles about the speed limit, the Executive can prosecute and convict you in the court of law....but in enforcement, the Executive might decide that, it would require more cost to prosecute everyone that drive over 10 miles, they may decide to e.g. only prosecute those who are repeat offenders.

In the USA 14th Amendments, it is clearly stated that..."All people born or naturalized in the United States are citizens of the United States and the state where they live".

No Executive Order can undo that, you can take it to the bank and no law passed by Congress can also undo it.

To undo it, there must be a constitutional review, where Congress of the States Houses in the USA by a two-third majority must propose that review and after they proposed it, another three-fourth of State House must pass it before it goes into the Constitution and it is easier for the head of a camel to literally pass through the eye of a niddle than for that Amendment to pass in the USA of today.

That's the point, "the culture" was affordable and had the luxury to shift left at the time it did...

Now in these harder times- especially post covid era, its difficult to afford the luxury of staying left because, "The left culture" is economically very expensive ... and there are numbers to back it up.
