If this revolution will ever happen, I pray it happens in my time. I genuinely want to see the wicked be judged in our country. As helpless citizens, we also have a duty to stand by the truth at all times, regardless of political affiliation. You should see people who formerly supported this man now crying on X. The allegation is more than whether or not Wike is a land grabber.

Part of the questions is that Saravesa is owned by Wike. Why did Lere not show proof to debunk that too?

in my own opinion I think the other side too didn't do well either.if actually what they got is a temporary c of o they call it, for that long period why didn't they do the needful and yet rented the properties out for that long period.i saw the other parties present their case on Arise TV morning show yesterday and Rufai/ Rubben and the other lady kept asking if they will go the legal route to address the case and what I was hearing was just emotional stuffs and how the judiciary was corrupt, na there I know say Kleg dey the matter.
Nigeria is just a case of most will want to misuse opportunities thinking they are smarter than others and na why the country just dey as e dey.
On wike side ,they too appear not straight forward in the case.they should simply prove they didn't give the property to wike and his friends after seizing it.

Meaning they can only use the place for their construction activities temporarily, but they went ahead to build some permanent structures. They were given an opportunity 20 months ago to convert to a Permanent Right of Occupancy by paying up for the place. Unfortunately they failed to comply for 20 months. So the place was revoked.

Yes, we all agree the Ogbebor family goofed by not doing the needful. I don't believe the 40m is beyond thier reach - it's actually peanuts compared to the value of that property.

The part that is raising eyebrows is the speed at which (allegedly) Wike has allocated the same land to his cronies via Saravera. If true, this has serious ethical considerations.

I am not a novice in the construction industry so please explain what you mean by a temporary R of O . Pls explain and why does it take so long to finish up the job to issue a substantive C of O
