n Where do you see ,17 soldiers killed not in battle, but orchestrated by community elders/ gangs because of alleged partiality and you think the army will make complain to police to handle the case!? Even in Western countries soldiers will do the justice by themselves. Infact the army is being soft in extracting justice ( if you want call it revenge). It has happened before in odi (Delta) and z/Biam (Benue).
