Eteka1:I'm a lawyer. My position was totally formed by media hype. Notwithstanding the cronyism in the reallocation, the law must take it's course. I even thought they made payment and the administration balked, for familiar reasons, but it turned out they didnt fulfill their bargain. Or did they? They own onus. |

OgatheTop:the government agreed to sell to them and give them a Permanent Right of Occupancy on condition that they pay the required charges , but they didn't pay. For almost two years now. |
