When the husband was crying upon hearing her daughter's death...it's too emotional.. the man even committed suicide right in front of her..

The write seems to know what revenge truly is .. only few of us would support Bianca dying.

You just don't go into the home of an assassin. He has the entire layout to his advantage. He might even have booby traps...

Once he turned off the lights, she never even knew his location until he spoke...

She didn't stand a chance at all...it was silly mistake by her engaging him inside his house...
She should have tried to restrain him outside at least


But her saying she liked to win was cringe af...
I don't think she was meant to be a likeable character because she was a terrible person...

The day of the jackal season one is a solid 9/10 for me.

This series is surely amongst my top 5 series this year.
It's quite sad to see Bianca die but then again, she killed herself.
She was feeling like a super woman, very over confident and feeling untouchable.
Someone that haven't seen war or been to war before wants to go and attack a war veteran, a dangerous assassin and most brutal sniper in the world.
Whats even more foolish and stupid is that she wanted to take him back to London alive. Lol
The scene where she was telling the jackal that she can help him makes her look stupid and foolish.
Only a fool thinks motivational words like that will make the jackal surrender.
She was foolish and died in a foolish way.

Her superiors knows this, even when she left work, they knew she might go rogue so they sent her to Spain unofficially to die, they knew the jackal will kill her.
They used her foolishness against her.

I can't wait for a season 2.
In season one it was people coming for the jackal but in season 2 it will be the jackal going for everyone from the officials in UK to the top men in New York.
This is going to be another Premium John wick shiiit but this time, a sniper will do the killing. Lol

As for the wife, i really don't blame her for running, if you blame her then you are being unfair.
She had a baby, she was alone and was afraid that her husband's enemies might come kill her and the baby, she was afraid of the police so she had to escape with her son.
There is one thing you can't deny, she loves her husband.
Even in her bailing out, you can tell that she truly loves her husband and i believe in season 2 they will come back together again.

I guess we will have to wait till late 2025 or early 2026 for season 2 but be that as it may, the wait will be worth it.

That's why i would still fault the writing. She wasn't just a "desk officer", she was a MI6 agent, a former police officer and a firearm expert, so she was quite equipped for the job. If not she wouldn't have been tasked with capturing a well skilled international assassin.

My point, is that, you can't just build her character like that, only for her to go out like a light, without so much of a bloody fight!...seemed a tad anticlimactic to me, and way to many plot armour to ensure the Jackal comes out unscathed each time.

And i am seeing way too much hate for Bianca everywhere, whilst all she's ever done was to catch an international assassin dropping bodies left, right and center. Her only crime in all this, was she probably overestimated her abilities and underrated the Jackal...Big..Big... mistake.
