Being unfriendly towards people doesn't pay anyone. Drawing boundaries is key to fostering healthy relationships.

As a freelancer, look for a cheap area, get a cheap Solar installation that can be charged also with Nepa, and that can run your laptop for long hours and power your fan, gadgets and other low energy appliances. Be careful of your neighbors too (since it’s a poor environment), they are not your friends, don’t form any familiarity with them (only good morning, afternoon and good evening) and just mind your business. Why not get a solar & continue your freelance while u plan on how to develop your house in your current location? If u are not coming to Abuja for a job, I don't see any need to come. House rent in abuja is expensive.

You better go to Gwagwalada and start small. You can easily take a single bus to berger if you're going to town. Kubwa, Karu, na holdup go exhaust you for road. Lugbe is fine but expensive.

Also note that its not just rent that's higher in those places, the cost of living, food and commodity prices, okada transport are high as well. Things are cheaper in Gwagwalada but the light supply is bad. Yoou should also watch out for areas prone to robbery incidences.

There is no place u can get self con for 150

I used to pay 150k 2 years ago. This year February, my landlord increased it to 170k. And by October this same year,to 300k. We are still negotiating Sha

Kubwa landlords are inhuman. Just because dey heard Tinubu increased minimum wage of which dey have not started paying yet. Is not as if everyone is a civil/public servant ooo
