The vehicles were recovered from the former SSG, Commissioners, SAs and even Council Chairmen. After these media round.. the recklessness continues with the new gangs in town.. So what difference does this make in the end. Getting everyone running round a circle.. We should have a system in place at every subnationals that clearly defines who gets what and get to take what when and after taking office. Buying and selling are both more about agreement than value. Did the seller agree to give him a Prado Jeep for #700,000? Did he pay the amount in full? Legally, the buyer has not committed any offence hence he shouldn't forfeit the car. Only the seller should be punished. 1 Like |
