Nigeria is not a banana republic. For a governor or president or their vice to be impeached, there are guidelines to initiate the impeachment. You cannot just wake up at the bad side of your bed and start calling for the impeachment of any of them. The first line is to move a motion of notice at the assembly for the gross misconduct committed by the governor. Second line is to gather lawmakers' signatures and tender same at the assembly. The third line is to write to the governor is offence (Which is called "notice of impeachment". And he has a grace of 7 days to answer to their allegation.
You cannot just wake up and say you want to impeach a governor without putting him on notice. That's what is missing in Fubara's impeachment plan.
