Good day nairalanders.. A friend of mine is curious and anxious about why he often dream. According to him, he said he can have all manner of dreams up to 5 times during the night . He also said during daytime whenever he tries to have a nap he sees all kinds of images and scenarios in his head. They happen very fast, such that he will think the dream process took several minutes but waking up to realize he only napped for 2 minutes. Has anyone else experienced such, and what do you think could be the reason behind it?

I can relate oo!But personally I don't joke at all with my dreams and nobody should. Dreams are often revelations about the future and warnings to protect against attacks from unseen axes. Only a fool ignores a dream where he saw a masked person stab him in the back with a knife. A sensible one would immediately be on guard against his friends, family members and business associates and back it up with prayers centering around Psalms 35 and 91. My PERSONAL EXPERIENCE: Back in 2020,I started dreaming of killing snakes and scorpions in the dream. Once I dreamt where Elderly men dressed in White with Red Chief caps were in judgement session over three of my paternal aunts. These women were fighting me,to dispossess me of my inheritance and I am currently the only surviving male in my family. Today two of those aunts are dead to the Glory of Who Was,Who is And Who is to come, Jehovah Elohim, The Mighty Defender of the Defenceless. All Glory unto Him. |

From a spiritualist perspective, dreaming is often seen as a journey into higher realms of consciousness or the subconscious mind, where messages, symbols, or experiences from other dimensions, spirits, or one's inner self may be revealed. Your friend’s frequent and vivid dreams, as well as the rapid imagery during daytime naps, may indicate heightened spiritual sensitivity or a unique connection to subtle energies. Possible Explanations: Heightened Psychic Sensitivity Some people are naturally more attuned to the spiritual realm, making them more likely to experience vivid dreams or visions. These could be spiritual messages, guidance, or even unresolved energies seeking attention. Why it feels fast: The spirit realm doesn’t operate on the same timeline as the physical world. A few moments in the dream world could feel like hours due to the altered state of consciousness. Active Third Eye (Ajna Chakra) In spiritual traditions, the "third eye" governs intuition and visions. Overactivity in this chakra can lead to intense dreams and vivid imagery even during short periods of rest. Practices like meditation or visualization could balance and harness this energy effectively. Spiritual Messages or Lessons Dreaming multiple times in one night or seeing fast, vivid scenarios could mean your friend is receiving spiritual guidance, warnings, or lessons. These experiences might be preparing him for something in his waking life or helping him process emotions and karma. Astral Travel Daytime imagery and rapid dream-like scenarios might indicate that his spirit is engaging in astral travel. This is a spiritual phenomenon where the soul explores other dimensions or realities while the body is at rest. Soul's Connection to Past Lives or Parallel Dimensions Repeated dreams and fast sequences of images could be glimpses of past lives, other realities, or the collective unconscious. These experiences may offer insights into unresolved patterns or wisdom from previous existences. What to Do Spiritually: Dream Journaling: Encourage him to write down his dreams and the images he sees. Over time, patterns or spiritual messages may emerge. Grounding Practices: Activities like walking barefoot on the earth or meditating with grounding stones (e.g., hematite or black tourmaline) can help him stay connected to the physical realm. Meditation: Practicing mindfulness or meditation can help balance the intense influx of spiritual energy, making it easier to process these experiences. Spiritual Protection: If he feels overwhelmed, he can use prayers, protective crystals (e.g., amethyst), or visualizations to create a protective shield around his energy. If he wishes to explore these experiences deeper, consulting a spiritual guide, dream interpreter, or energy healer could provide additional insight into their meaning and purpose. |
