This is in reaction to the thread that claimed that Kemi Badenoch used her Nigerian roots to get elected as an MP(Member Of Parliament) in the UK From the little research I did this evening, Kemi Badenoch represents North West Essex Constituency of the UK, in Parliament, and that Constituency is 90% White People So how is it possible that whatever the Nigerian voting strength in a 90% White constituency, Kemi won on that? With Nigerian votes? Not possible at all |

For her to be Prime Minister, her party needs to win a convincing majority of seats. That includes constituencies with black voters. Unfortunately, several prime ministers and leaders of opposition in the UK have not ended up in good steady. Liz Truss crashed the economy, Rishi Sunak led his party to a landslide defeat, Boris Johnson resigned in disgrace, David Cameron resigned after losing a Brexit vote, Theresa May left due to Brecit mismanagement, Jeremy Corbyn was axed for anti-semitism, Tony Blair lost his position after losing the confidence of his party for misleading parliament in the Iraqi war. Suddenly, a black woman who is desperate for white acceptance believes her case would be different. Meghan Merkle who we may not have known was not mixed race if she never said it was vilified by the British media and racists for "polluting" their monarchy with her black ancestry. But Kemi Badenoch thinks somehow, that society would accept her. |

The reason people are upset with this woman is because we lack norms as a people. In European societies they were norms established on the foundations of fact finding and truth telling for the benefit of man. Look at the works of Socrates (I desire only to know the truth, and to live as well as I can), Aristotle (Falsehood is mean and culpable and truth is noble and worthy of praise), Plato, Seneca, Descartes, all point to trying to establish norms that would be collectively accepted as true. In Nigeria, the reverse is the case. Every situation has to go through cultural, ethnic, and political filters to be adjudged proper. Going with the biblical norm of the truth shall set you free. It has been tried and tested. If Kemi were to lie, Nigeria is perfect, flowing with milk and honey how would we be set free? I reiterate for those you believe Kemi is given to calumny, whenever you travel as the average foreigner about their perception of Nigeria, in all they say, corruption will stand out. Are we not sick and tired of having leaders that lie through their teeth day in day out? Where is our moral compass as a people? This is a wake up call to parents and religious leaders, teach your children to say the truth at all times, even if it crumbles the house because a foundation of lies will never bring prosperity. |

Most of the people complaining about this lady school in UK or sent their children to school abroad Give them 10 pounds with your left hand or 10 naira with your right hand we know which one they will take These politicians should leave that lady alone she spoke the truth If they don't like it make Nigeria work nobody will complain |
