Recall that the pending one was backlog from the previous year hence the call for new applications for this year couple with the fact that some candidates didn't do well during interview.

I understand, but felt they should conclude that before going into another round of CV submission. A lots of people need to access their options going into the new year, I practically spend the whole year hoping something will come up early from the last year process.

what if they don't have the numbers they require and they want to add more? Moreover people that did interview are mostly o level cadre.
