Most of you forget easily..... I remember Ferran Torres was performing earlier last season before his long injury. Dude helped us win and draw 4 matches in a row with the winning goals in those matches. He did it for like 5 matches and one match in the UCL where people were saying he scored against farmers — you inclusive. His injury spoilt his great run of form that period.
Ferran Torres problem has always been consistency. But Flick looks like someone that can make good use of him. Even Koeman made an almost useless Luuk De Jong ultra important for us that season and we took him as a joke. But it paid off and Luuk has a legendary status for pulling off the impossible that season — really saved our blushes. Through in a cross and you're always assured Luuk was there! Barca that wasn't good at set pieces if it isn't played by Messi, overnight became a force to reckon with when it comes to corners and crosses. Most of our goals came from those instances.

I like Ferran's partnership with Yamal. It seems both of them understand each other and Yamal is also very demanding and aggressive — he'll challenge you if he gives you the ball and you mess it up, so you have to sit up while playing with him.

Ferran Torres is not lord of movements for nothing. If Hansi Flick continues to play him, he'll form a very good partnership with Lamine Yamal.

Yamal is a creative juggernaut and he always demands mobile players like Ferran Torres and Raphinha. Lewandowski doesn't have that mobility anymore due to age.

However, Ferran Torres will thrive with being in great scoring positions because Lamine Yamal will find him with great scoring opportunities. He'll have alot of chances to score alot of goals. Only problem is if he'll score them.

He scored his chances against Borussia Dortmund. I hope he continues putting them away

Luuk was never bad just not Barca type of player but somehow Koeman managed to exploit Luuk's set piece ability through his haramic cross and insha allah style of play.

What I'm saying is Ferran should keep the good game up and consistently.. see if i won't start praising him.

I don't see any correlation between Curbasi who committed a penalty that didn't even cost us, as we still went on to win the match and Araujo getting himself sent off against PSG, which costed us the whole season.
