Is this the model Omoagege is planning for Delta State? APC is a cancer and cankerworm. However, bearing on his antecedents as speaker of the house of assembly that signed every loan request and his role in the 1.3trn stolen by his boss Okowa, Mr. Governor should do well to educate us on the expenditure of the increased allocation from the federal. Reason I hate the so called subsidy removal, which was one of the ways if not the only way the masses benefit from the national cake. Only frees up more funds for pilfering and looting. |

Even a block head is aware of that, If you doubt me ask them to give you a Timeline when all these their trials and errors will start taking effect they will start attacking you. How can you have plans to reactivate your economy without giving a timeline when the effect will start manifesting? Olodo personified people, just suffering for nothing. |

There is absolutely no economic theory that justifies APC economic policies from 2015 till date If you take out time to study the economic situation you find out 1) things haven't gotten expensive Nigerians just got poorer from a GDP per capita of over 3000 dollars to a GDP per capita of less than 1000 dollars that's over 66.667% loss of wealth 2) the currency devaluation situation... APC have lied to Nigerians that our excessive imports is what's causing the Naira to grow weaker... Lmaooo - a simple look at the trade balance sheet since 2015 shows we are in a trade surplus... So why is the dollar falling? Because of government borrowing APC government is the biggest consumers of forex in other to build near useless feel good projects that won't make any money Each time government borrows money to build inflated bridge, road or steal it makes every Nigerian poorer So the mooping up of dollars to service debt is why naira is falling Next year thy would borrow 40 trillion which would make naira fall I predict to ₦2250 minimum by 2027 I predict our GDP to be at 150 to 120 billion dollars APC don't understand the fundamental problem we have so can't even attempt to fix it |

A bold governor... This is one instance when the focus should be on the message and not the messenger. Apc as a whole have failed woefully in the most important aspect of governance... making life better for the masses, primarily by increasing the purchasing power and reducing living costs. In 2014, during the festive season like this, N18,000 would get you the following: 1 bag of rice - N8,000 1 Chicken - N2500 Small Basket of onions- 1,500 Small basket of tomatoes- 800 Small basket of pepper- 600 5 litres of Groundnut oil- 1250 5 litres of palm oil- 2500 Christmas is set for you, your family and invited guests. Today... With N70,000 1 bag of rice - N105,000 1 Chicken - N30000 Small Basket of onions- 3000 Small basket of tomatoes- 2000 Small basket of pepper- 2000 5 litres of Groundnut oil- 20000 5 litres of palm oil- 18000 So, today, you need N180,000 to have the same level of satisfaction you got with N18,000 in 2014. Depending on the calculation/format you wish to use, that is between 400 to 1000 percent increase in the cost of living or same percentage in the reduction of the purchasing power. And some clowns say things are getting better... |
