There are people benefitting from free ante natal and post natal care in govt hospitals buy it makes no sense to a man who has no kids it even a wife.....there are people enjoying free education but it makes no sense to a man without a family or those who can afford private education......children enjoy free polio immunization,anti retroviral drugs, mosquito nets etc but not everyone needs it.....does that in anyway make those welfarist policies of the govt wrong and useless......life is beyond cheap rice and cheap fuel.
