u should know everyone with different price, so the best option is for you to look for people that deal with pop like 3 different people and ask them for thier price and see the difference but go for better quality don’t look at the price

To save cost, ask around if there’s laterite deposit in your area, then stop and ask trucks delivering laterite not too far from your site and compare prices. Good luck

If it's truly 72ft by 42ft, to do this the drawing is required, but at all at all u can't use 1000 blocks.

BUY the blocks urself this time around. First buy and make sure the 700pcs of blocks u will buy ur self is delivered to the site.

Then monitor the usage. After consuming the 700 blocks, then u can easily count the remaining blocks and buy.

Never allow them to buy materials for you 🙏pls

Iron rod 12mm 30pcs 12000 per one

Triangle Ring 8mm 6 dozen; 4000 per one

Square ring 10 dozen; 5000 per one.

Bidding half 20,000

Labour 50,000

CONCREAT NAIL 5 PACKS

for your labour depending on who is doing the job you will buy ply board and aluminum range
labour goes betwen 2500 to 2k per sqm

ps: All this are subject to change depending on your designs

Oga, share your floor plan with dimensions and let people help you calculate. The dimension of the entire walls determines the number of blocks required and he the contractor is the only one that knows it. We here don't know it. So, how do we know if he's right in his quote or not?

Buy like 1000 blocks first. Then see if they will refuse to put it in your building.
