For clarity......wike reserve the right to do that based on the tenents of the law as enshrined in the municipal council revocation of rights as constituted.....buhari only posses immunity based on the porous sycophancy of Nigeria legal system but this right does not translate to absorbtions from revocations of his property in case or failures of financial requisitions..........
