Demand is highest at this time for PMS ... and here he is having a sale. We should be happy for this move. If we are buying direct ...we will benefit. If we are not buying direct ... we are likely not to benefit ...or even pay a higher price. Incan see greedy middle men rushing to buy as much as possible at this low price .... and hoarding it until the sale is over. Then the smugglers will also be taking advantage to buy as much and smuggle out of the country. Donwe really believe commercial drivers will pass on the savings to passengers? In the end ... Dangote will be blamed.

Dangote PMS ..N899.50. Imported PMS ...N840 ..which will we buy? The answer will show our ability to reason .

Tinubu was too fast to remove fuel subsidy. If he had waited for Dangote refinery to start working before removing subsidy the price of Petrol wouldn't have gone beyond N450 per liter. You can see that from this reduction from Dangote. He is here to make profit but he knows that N899 is still a huge price to recover the money he spent on the refinery and break-even. Tinubu did not plan well enough for Nigerians, now that the refinery is working would have been the perfect time to remove subsidy. From N200 to N450 would not have been too much.

Tinubu didn't remove pms subsidy.There was no provision for it in the budget of 2023.There was nothing he did at inauguration that was bad.Infact, if he had not make that announcement on that day,i can assure there wouldnt have dangote and PH refinery in operation today.The problem of the high energy price today has nothing to do with the removal of pms subsidy,its a failure of the fx rate.If fx is #700 today,pms can't sell for more than #420 in any part of the country.

The Economic policy of this administration that is currently failing is the management of fx.May be when they finally hit 2m barrels of crude oil per day sometime around March next year,the government may decide to defend the naira.#1500 fx does not have any benefit for Nigeria and Nigerians.Any fx more than #700 is going erode any imaginary economic gains.

I can see pressure from the side of the government, our reformed are working

These folks are making x3 of their supposed profit margin. We see it among small traders in our community they sell what they bought at 200 for 500, 600 even more.

Dangote can still sell it at #500 per litre and he will still profit.

And Nigerians would just be praising them. If NEPA give them light 1 or 2 days. You'll start hearing this NEPA people try o. When it's a steady normal thing in other country or area.

I just don’t know why some Nigeria are just too greedy I have been buying spaghetti for 1500 in my area for some months now about some days ago I went to the market to buy some other things and I try to buy the spaghetti they said 1100 I now realize the mama blessing as been cheating me imagine making 400 naira profit on top just one spaghetti wen I confronted her she was saying hen transport to go market and come back nko I ask her if nah just one spaghetti she go buy if she go market…. People are just wicked and heartless

What i known pretty sure is that foreign refineries will also drop their importation price further more till the price will go down to like 500 naira am very sure of that is just a matter of time and when dollars come down prices will also come down

the price different wont be much. its as simple as abc once we have more competition the price will continue to drop. imagine all the refineries are working and importers too are importing and the refined product saturate the whole place price will surely fall to 500h 0r 600h
