abduleez1:Rewatched this 5 times already. Okay.... That theme song sounds cool and G.I Robot looks pristinely good looking. The teaser somewhat captures and showcases Superman as an icon and beacon of HOPE. I like the sunny look. This colour grading looks way better in my eyes than the mini teaser I saw yesterday. We'll probably wait till February when we'll see full optics of how this might unfold with a full trailer....but this looks really promising. |

If this is Metamorpho, the design looks real good. The costumes for the rest looks really good too, especially Hawk Girl and Mr Terrific.

BlackManta:Same..... Maybe it was the low resolution I watched the mini teaser yesterday it looked a bit weird iny eyes.....but this one in high resolution looks pristinely good. A few tweaks months before release and it's perfection. |

My first impression of the Superman trailer is that it's refreshing... It seems focused on the more humane side of Superman. Him saving people...him resonating with people, becoming a symbol of hope... We see more instances of Superman saving than of fighting... because saving people is ultimately what makes Superman a hero... It looks very focused on humanizing him, connecting him with people. The first shot is of him falling, we also see shots of him rising... We see shots of people throwing things at him, but we also see shots of the kid holding the flag... This is quite different from the grim dark Superman from the synderverse... |

pu7pl3:I was concerned too Like what kind of villains does bro fight on a daily basis to be bleeding like that? It just occurred to me that Henry Cavill Superman did not bleed at all in Man Of Steel. Bro was getting tossed around by Kryptonians and I don't remember seeing a drop of blood. Someone said this trailer humanized Superman, I see it too tbh. |

Baddestguyp:lol the grim dark Superman narrative is such a shallow argument i have always come across to bash ZS "Superman"....All he humanity, saving people and all was all there in "Man of Steel" (2013), as for darker and bleak overtones of Bvs (2016) and JL (2017), it fits the narrative Zack Snyder was trying to tell, not every time hope and saving people...ZS wanted to present a side of Superman as a conflicted grounded character in a morally bankrupt world, and we probably needed to see that side of Supes, and imo it's totally justified in ZS creative vision for the character. I had my issues with Bvs (2016), but Man of Steel (2013), Bvs (2016), JL (2017) and ZSJL (2021) weren't bad films by any stretch of the imagination.... misunderstood maybe. |
