The award for the most useless bank of 2024 goes to Gt bank was in the bank the other day customer keep abusing them to their faces for their poor performance they kept mute before you will see crowd in their banking hall not anymore people have withdrew their capital and left in droves including me am still wondering why CBN never close the bank down

They can't upgrade their network.It is a crime to leave your account balance in your GTB .Otherwise,they will be pilfering from it until you will have 0 balance and still owing.

Barely functioning, yes. Imagine trying to clear a cheque at their branch closer to me only to be told I have to go to their HQ. I thought may be that first issue was just a normal thing. subsequent attempts proves things are really going wrong with GTB.
