funkyy598:this is false and cannot be done. If you chose unaccompanied and change it after passing eligibility the scores will be recalculated. The scores is only locked if they are newly married. |

Maria96:Stop arguing about something you know little or nothing about. I know more than five people who did the same thing—first, choosing an unaccompanying spouse pre-ITA, but after eligibility was passed, they added the spouse by sending a webform to IRCC. They were then asked for evidence of marriage, photos, and proof of living together. After that, they were instructed to fill out the form and pay fees such as the biometric fee and the Right of Permanent Resident Fee, and the application was processed together. No marks were recalculated after eligibility was passed, and remember, the unaccompanied spouse also passed the initial medical. I am 100% sure about this. However, I don’t encourage it because too many people are now using this trick to add a spouse, and IRCC will likely act soon, as this is a way to bypass the scoring system if your spouse is lowering your score ![]() |

Swealy: tiwor:Hi to you both. I hear people keep complaining about Canada. The truth is that it depends on your situation in life, being married/single/kids/qualification. But I will tell you that it depends on your mindset. An abundance mindset and trust in GOD is paramount. For me, I prayed for grace and favour and equipped myself before coming here. I was a chartered accountant. I never did any menial job or went back to school because I was already equipped. I got a job in less than 3 months and to be honest, my life in Nigeria is at par with here. I have made up my mind that even if I’m in Afghanistan, I will thrive. Yes it’s expensive but if you are frugal, cutting your cloth to your size. It will work out well. You can even survive on one good job. People make it seem like without 2 jobs, you will die or that you must do menial jobs. All the people that I know started as professionals as well. Your circle matters as well. Know your why and surrender to GOD, the master planner. He will lead you. The sky is your starting point. I wish you the best. |

Good Day, I’m a lawyer I’ve done my evaluation and Celpip. People I’ve spoken to have been saying I should be strategic with my NOC without proffering any solution. Is there any lawyer that has enrolled in the pool or anyone that can advise me on which NOC I should input and maybe province also . Please I need guidance |

Hello everyone, please i need help. I got nomination with AAIP under rural Renewal stream path way. But had issue with employer business name not being active on CAC website during the PNP but I was able to proof to the officer handling my file that though the company is not active on CAC portal, its showing struck off but it is active physically. I sent in taxes paid, signage and contracts gotten from state government, and was given nomination on that basis. Now my employer have started the process of reactivation and has made necessary payment but the portal did not allow to pay for the last year and we are asked to go to court for court order so the process can be completed and this always takes months before judge seat, after judgement, it takes another 14days to get the judgement which is the order. Now the court hearing date is next year June. This means the employer business name would be inactive while my application is ongoing. Please note the PNP also saw this infact then it was even struck off but I was later granted nomination after my loe and submitted documents. Now I have applied for PR and waiting for AOR. I am scared cos of employment verification, I might not have the luck I had during PNP. Please what can I do, and way forward, how can i handle this? |

JhyMedex:Hi sorry for the late response. The receipt was just a usual one generated at the bank. But if it was an e-transfer, yeah the alert is good enough. If you have 6 months statement, that's great. |

firelord222:With an NCLC 5 in French, keep an eye for the new Francophone Community Immigration pilot programme starting in 2025. The only catch here is you must have a genuine job offer from a designated employer that meets specific conditions. No LMIA needed by the way. |

eDokita:How do you mean portal did not allow them to pay for last year? What brought about a court order? If you can answer these questions honestly, I will be able to advise you as far as CAC is concerned. |
| Re: Canadian Express Entry/Federal Skilled Worker Program - Connect Here Part 11 by eDokita(m): 3:19pm On Dec 22, 2024 |
ok, The employer owes 15 years of filling returns, so we were able to pay for 14 years but we were unable to pay for the the last year which is 2023, CAC website was writing query, get court order, now we have filed for hearing, actually its my brother who is a lawyer that is in charge. but my concern: 1. Will there be a problem after province as given me nomination based on this facts cos they were aware 2. Will IRCC denial outrightly if they discover that the company is not active online? 3. Will there be PFL or ADR to explain this situation or i should just go ahead and explain myself to them 4. What will they evaluate first, eligibility, BGC etc, just want to have an idea if i should have gotten the court order before eligibility just confused, as i await AOR second week of January |

Ernest93:Hi Ernest, I had W-8, L-8, R-9, S-9. I didn’t write IELTS so I can’t compare, CELPIP was pretty easy in my opinion provided you watch their YouTube classes and know what they expect of you. |

With PNP, are you required to submit tax receipts and documentation? With Federal Express Entry, the requirement is work reference letters, payslips, bank statement (showing salary deposits) and/or pay cheques. This is the first time that I am hearing that tax documentation is required. eDokita: |

Good Morning house Please I have a question to ask. So I intend to use deed gift as POF. 1) Do I have to show 6months bank statement? Or should I print a bank statement starting from when the gift was transferred to me. 2) In a case where I have to show a 6 months bank statement, if within these 6months I received some lump sums prior to when I even got ITA o, and the money is totally unrelated to my POF or application in any way, do I need to explain these lump sums? Like would I need to write a LOE? Thank you🙏 |
