I understand its totally wrong raining curses on someone but may I ask the FPRO is their any constitution that made cursing someone a criminal? Moreso you are not talking about the DPO that incriminate a 17 years old boy necause the famly ccouldnt give him 30k bribee, send him to court for stealing a chicken and eggs (1chicken) and was sentence to death in Osun?
