Hello all, I need clarification on a friend situation in UK. The primary applicant sponsorship was cancelled and both dependant and primary applicant were asked to leave. The dependant got a COS with 11.90 per hour and will like to apply for visa as the primary applicant now. I need the following clarifications: 1. Can the dependent ( now the primary applicant) put the previous primary applicant as his dependant now? 2. Does he need to write English Language test ? Thank you, all. |

Guys, I just want to confirm something. I want to believe that there is UK policy that states if your your employer is ready to pay above a certain threshold (32k and above), you can come along with dependants Is that still in vogue? |

I'm seeking advice from anyone who has used the Firstbank Multi-Currency Card (specifically the Pounds option) to pay for UK fees or health subscription charges. My friend recently had a bad experience using the GTB Dollar Card to pay for UK fees in Pounds, as they were charged an excessive conversion rate. I've since discovered that Firstbank offers a Multi-Currency Card that accommodates Pounds, which seems like a more convenient and cost-effective option. Has anyone used this card for similar transactions without any issues? I'd appreciate any feedback or advice on this matter. |

Please, I need clarification on this job code issue. My job code is 6135. Can I work an additional 20 hours under job code 6114? |

meetme01:As long as it's not a care visa (Exception to if you got your visa before March 11 2024) or Student Visa (Exception to those coming in on Masters by Research or PHD) then yes, you are allowed dependants. I think the threshold is 38,700, I might be wrong about the threshold figure. |

Thank you for your application of 09 June 2024 to conduct an administrative review of your application for entry clearance (a visa) from outside of the UK. We apologise for the delay in considering your application. Applications are allocated chronologically to conclude in the fairest way and are allocated for review as quickly as possible. Applications will be reviewed according to the relevant rules at the time of initial decision and the final decision will not be affected by the delay. Gov.uk pages will display the latest expected turnaround times. Please do not contact the Admin Review Team unless your circumstances are urgent or exceptional to allow us to continue progressing applications at this busy time. Thank you for patience in this matter.what does it mean |

deji300:"It means we will take as long as we want to frustrate you...and don't even try contact us because it won't make us attend to your case any quicker" Lol.....i hate Administrative review ...its like the process is deliberately designed to frustrate applicants ..I only suggest it if ban followed the refusal and one has a good chance of overturning the ban |
