..is our institutions that are weak...the nigeria court is weak.. politicians are stronger than the court and have captured the judiciary sector..if this matter is taken to court you will see the court, judges giving a judgement supporting her defection to APC...when the constitution says any politicians that defects to another party..his or her sits are declared vacant
