This is a package handled by Nipost, you are at there mercy.
It seems Nipost has gotten even more unreliable since the attempt to reform it under the buhari admin.

The rate is not constant, just click the option of buy now, you'll see opay option, click on it even if you don't have opay account, you'll see the amount of your item in naira, from there you'll be able to know the rate at the moment
