So one of the most unwise statements an african can make is what you just said, i used to feel like you too, before i went to uni in Europe and worked with oyinbo for 20 years. Ass yoruba man, i cant stand Yoruba people anymore, i hate to say this , but its the reality, cause most are selfish wicked fake people, but doesnt mean i feel safer around oyinbo. Anywhere i hear people speaking youruba now i run away cause some of the biggest trouble i have been in my life in Europe is from fellow youruba people.
