Brother Used My Identity To Make Money, And Hid The Outcome.. by purples25(op):
On another thread, I joined others to say no to being kind to people anyhow anymore, as you may be taken for granted/mistreated.

However, I didn't rule out family. Yet, a family member has shocked now shocked me.

My brothers are into this coin.. crypto thing. Every time, new coins come out, they join into the process to see if it works or not. Remember Pi and Hamster coins, etc? There's new ones every day. So they try their luck.

My youngest brother, 18 years, came to meet me for my NIN and also my face verification to cash in on one of these coin things... Now, he's known to just beg you to do things after which you become trash to him, but we seem it as immaturity in the house.

I gave him everything, turned my head right and left and allowed a full scan on my face. I just told him that if it works, he should tell me, that I actually don't want any of the money he makes from it.

That was some days ago. Yesterday I was cooking dinner and our other brother calmly entered the kitchen. Called this boy. Asked him if he had cashed out because older bro had also cashed out.

That was when this boy said yes, he did, but he forgot to tell elder bro. He also said he told me, that 'he passed by me and told me while I was on my phone'. Me that didn't even hear anything or know anything. Oya, how much did you make, he said 70k.

The older brother lost it. He beat the hell out of him. That how can younger bro use my face, yet he wants to use style and hide that that face and identity of mine actually helped him make the money. How can an 18 year old make such money and keep it all to himself. To the point where his pride was so much he couldn't meet me and say thanks.

I tried to separate serious beating, when I received a stray blow I let them be. The family wanted me to take out of the money which I refused. Everyone had to agree with me that lil bro should keep the money so he'll know that we don't need it in any way. Because it seemed he was afraid we would take it from him.

Today he has been eyeing me up and down o, no be small attitude, smirking and what not. As at this moment, his phone and other gadgets have been seized by eldest bro, the one after me, due to his rude attitude. His money remains untouched, nobody wants it, let him eat it alone and finish it alone.

As for me, all I wanted was gratitude, but couldn't even get that. .

Your bro is a criminal

Used your identity for crypto and not his

What is he hiding.

What if he scams someone, that means you will be held responsible.

Well the account is technically yours, you can try to get the password to the app he used and changed the password to secure the account.

If you wanna get a share of the money, tell him you will get him the password if he gives you a share of the money
Re: Brother Used My Identity To Make Money, And Hid The Outcome.. by immortalcrown(m):
Why didn't he use his own identity?

Meanwhile, there is no reason for you to stop being kind, unless you are looking for an excuse to join doers of evil.

His Nin was there , full ID but it didn't work. It worked for those that were older. Like the older brothers and also my I.D, I don't know why.

The other brother beat him because the criminal thing here is not even letting me know after using my identity, my face, after he cashed out.

I said no problem but everyone else in the house was enraged, they called it a scam, and that was the reason for the severe beating. That if he can use my identity and keep me away from the result, me his family, he can do anything. Because of how much.

I am not interested in the money even if it's a million, it's my contribution to him as a bro. These things sometimes work, sometimes they don't. Hamster coin didn't, this one did. I'm not really interested. Just say thank you, but no.

Provided the biz is legit, allow it. Except it dents your image, let him continue the hustle

It's legit. Our problem is the selfishness but well... Maybe with time he will include the family in his winnings.

You guys did the right thing.

He needs to be corrected. You don't behave that way to anyone, not to talk of family.

You guys need to sit him down and mentor him. He seems unworthy of being sacrificed for.

Ah that's what we're doing o. This afternoon after collecting his gadgets, he deliberately slammed the hand of my two year old in the door. I changed it for him with slaps and beating of my own. Before I was gentle but when it comes to my child I draw a line.

If it was you, what would you do?
Why do you want to know what I will do? You’ve done your part.

I just told him that if it works, he should tell me, that I actually don't want any of the money he makes from it.
This took place. Let the situation pass.

Next time, tell him that you will get a cut from the proceeds. He seems the type to abandon any idea of using someone if it will come with a price.

1. E be like all these na step family something. I doubt all the actors in this story come from the same mother.

2. The boy should be under eighteen, hence his identity not working for the scheme.

3. I have an idiot cousin who thinks this way. I don’t believe the boy will ever change. My cousin is in his early thirties now. The character was existent since he was four years old. It got worse over the years. We don’t relate with him today because of it.

If your identity can feed him without depending on you and always begging, forget his selfishness. We have them in every family.

One I know, the brother singlehandedly struggled so hard to educate him through the university against all odds. Today, the said brother is on sickbed for 5years now and he hasn't visited, called nor even chat with him on any social media. He hasn't given any Kobo to the brother for drugs. He's employed. Still single o! But doesn't care for the one that helped him

We are all from the same mom but with different personalities. However, he just recently turned 18. So your second point may be right.

Well, I hope one day he changes. Because like your cousin, he has been like that since he was a kid.

Hmm. E bad o. I was thinking about the variations of ungratefulness last night, as in, stories of it, and here's another example for me.

Seems it can't be cured.

Redbelly network mainnet . Their token was worth was around 500 for one. I don't know how it works but their period of giving away tokens after you register is now over, according to my brother.

Since it was not a telegram airdrop, you could be right.

Although each person getting 500RBN$ seems too much when they earmarked 15m tokens globally.

The value of their token is impressive unlike the nonsense telegram tokens.

Well, you guys know more about it, I really don't. The only one I stick to is Pi... I'm now trying to migrate my Pi to the main net or whatever it's called... I know that one a bit well. I'm glad I was introduced long ago when it just started, cuz I was able to mine a lot. My other bros are helping me with that one.

Congrats on this.

I just hate anything called telegram airdrop. Very useless venture.

I have many links sent to my telegram from my bro, when he was chasing these airdrops. Truly, most haven't worked for him. I was surprised this worked, but good.

Beating an 18 year old man all in the name of seniority is absolutely wrong, it is setting the example for him that violence is good but it could backfire one day if the 18 year old man gets a weapon like a knife and uses it on the older brother who physically attacked him first.

You guys don't remember that men are territorial and even lions who once ruled their families with iron fists eventually get defeated in a brutal fight to finish with their own son.

Also, why do you need to rob him of his self confidence by beating an 18 year old man huh

If you guys are not careful, that young man will hate you for life for robbing him of his dignity as a young man and you would not know that he harbours hate in his heart for you guys until decades from now.

If he had done what he did outside, I doubt the streets would have any regards for his dignity. You never know who you’ll try shit with outside and what extent they will go to exert their dominance and prove that they are not fools. It’s a jungle out there, hence your loved ones need to understand the severity from home before the heartless outsiders teach us lessons.

Truly, sometimes correction with disgrace kills the desire to change. But it’s the nature of the offense that decides if that is necessary.
