Bros the problem is not about where we are presently but where we would be in either case.

The worry is about what our ineffectiveness all around the pitch could cost us eventually if we continue this poor run of form.

In UCL knockout stages, a slight dip in form, a small loss of concentration or a single players moment of craziness can send us crashing out in a single game. Thereby destroying all the sacrifices and pains to get there e.g. Dembele's blunder against Liverpool, Araujo and Xavi's brain fart against PSG etc.

And in La liga. Yeah, I agree we are still in the race. However, we are at a disadvantage. We have played all our 19 games yet we are 3rd now. When the Madrid clubs plays their outstanding, the gap to catch up increases. All these leaves a sour taste in the mouth knowing that we squandered a lot of points to small clubs recently.

Not even just Lewandowski the whole team seems to have followed suit, even Raphinha though he dey try from time to time and has sometimes been unlucky with the crossbar, but Lewandowski's outrageous misses are just shocking, with the way we create chances box strikers like haaland would have had a field day, he can't run, pass and press effectively due to old age and now can't score again? Someone with two European golden boots and two FIFA the best awards?
We have to start scouting for a hungry younger striker that would take the reins next summer, an agile finisher, this guy is the highest paid player in our team when you factor de jong is collecting the salary he's owed from his deferral, so we can strike two birds with one stone if we get him off the books,if we can try to win a trophy to send him off then good for him

I just hope we find a way to ship him out next summer. We can't just continue with him.

Gyokeres, Jonathan David or even Alexander Isak are very good options for me.

My main concern now is finding a way to play a the Camp Nou this season cos we need the money badly if we're to do anything in summer.

We'll be able to register players easily next summer despite whatever laliga throws up cause we'll soon sign the nike deal and every former player that we're still paying from the 2020 covid salary deferral stops this summer,their salaries are still counted as part and f the current wage bill, we might also move de jong too, the problem is just this January thanks to laliga always shifting the goal posts, anyways he'll still be registered

Besides, there's nothing you can't achieve with hardwork. If he's willing to work hard and deprive himself of Xmas holidays, it shows he's willing to do whatever it takes to return to his best level.
