He has dived straight into the equally abandoned Hotel Presidential Enugu, which was first built by Dr. Sir M.I. Okpara around 1963.

Yes, some works has started there already. They are currently securing the site and clearing out the inside of the mega hospital.

You mean the nearby hospital renovation, he is working on that too, plus the international diagnostic centre that was built by Sullivan near Ebeano tunnel entrance, but was never used. I think he wants to equip that one now.

Employment provision
Business improvement
Mega city status

Will the hotel pay higher tax than big agricultural farm to government? Hotel that will even end up molesting lifes of many undergraduates from esut, imt and unec under guise of sex for mark.

Government should spend money on other benefiting areas to the masses. How many people are patronizing hotels in a civil servant and student states than prostitutes? Enugu is a civil servant and student environment, ipob don't allow investors to come to south east, so those coming there are minimal. Major patronage of hotels in Enugu is majorly for prostitution and other for government official meeting engagement.

In my opinion, this hotel could be open to guests within a year, as their progress is quite impressive. Later, I will present another exciting project the construction of a new 300-room hotel at the conference center grounds, led by Governor Peter Mba. If you visit the site, you'll see over 200 workers diligently working around the clock, with heavy machinery in operation. It's a significant undertaking.
