Just this once, I'd just tell you: you are not exactly bright. If you studied law, I am sure you had an "E" in Evidence Law. Even a dunce knows that video evidence is admissible if it satisfies certain requirements.

I suggest you give Section 84 of the Evidence Act to your Rottweiler to read and explain it to you, since you are irreparably dull to read it and understand, which may have prevented you from humiliating yourself and the university that awarded you a degree. Also see the ruling on video evidence by the Supreme Court. I know you won't understand because you barely passed Evidence Law after carrying it over twice, that the Dean of Law had to give you a pass so you'd stop embarrassing the faculty and the university.

Let me gatecrash here, both you and Winningway101 have valid points - you say the video evidence could be admissible under s.84 of the Evidence Act if the conditions stated therein are met while Winningway101 is of the view that the video can't be admissible as it could be said to be AI generated/ manipulated and also it could said be in respect of something else. Fine. My take is it being admitted under s.84 of the Evidence Act is not conclusive as evidence can be adduced to show the video was Al generated/manipulated or was in respect of something else entirely...
