They should have treated the Chinese with more respect, it's not their country and that one on phone is probably used to a civilized environment, it could be framed as a racist attack.

The soldier looks old and tired, probably doesn't have enough military rank or connection, probably took the job because he's about to retire and wants to provide for his family, a standard soldier would have dared the NSCDC.

The NSCDC just acted like Thugs instead of professional paramilitary, that one even said no phone, depriving him of his right.

The soldier man should be punished for obstructing arrest, I like the courage of the civil defence officer. Good for the Chinese national, just the way the treat black in their country, you can just come to a country, go into a rural village, attached soldiers to yourself and begin to do illegal mining.

Civil Defence doesn't know that if the soldier dies, their head office in that state might not be safe again. Sometimes it is the authority of the uniform and not the size of the person wearing it
