The interview were actually true and the participants were shortlisted from the last interview. However, I was surprised because those that I am sure will get job were also not invited. One of my friend that did today said is one on one with the MD and HR officer.

The REA recruitment is actually confusing. The more you think you know the less it is. Though it is said that they might still call some people after the holiday. The appointment letter con be like gold.

Maybe the interviewers, including management want to learn a thing or two from the candidates, that is some novel idea or concept.

What these people don't realise is that these interviewees also called applicants are a goldmine/reservoir of ideas, solutions. Although some organisations go overboard by post ghost vacancies just to tap ideas from applicants.

Simply put an individual that's trying to survive at their lowest point will do all their best putting their all, desperately do everything right to get out of that jobless situation. Their competitiveness is naturally raised higher as a survival instinct.

The truth is always bitter. Some of you think someone should be able to help you because he works somewhere or is in. It takes an average of 20 years before he will be able to help. In that time, he will have people more closer to him than you. Sometimes he won't even be able to help anyone until he retires. The easiest help is letting you know a recruitment is ongoing. And sometimes, people working in a place may not even know this.

So goodluck to you if you think because you didn't get the help from strangers to get you apl, you won't help too. You probably will not even be able to help your own children get in even if you want to.

I love this god complex of yours. I still maintain if someone struggled on their own with God's help then such person will be right not to help others too. This thing is very common amongst yoruba tribe and that's why we are crying about most positions bring held by the hausas(God bless them) and it will continue that way until other tribes have sense.
